Come invest nine-months to own your faith and build your life’s foundation on Christ in the Rocky Mountains of Montana.
One of the most unique aspects of MWSB is our community. Since our staff lives on campus, a family-like atmosphere is created with each new class. All students are assigned to a community group that meets weekly in the different staff homes.
Students experience life together, often in new and deeper ways than they have experienced before. MWSB is a place where lifelong friendships are made.
At MWSB we believe that one of the ways in which God works to move His people to spiritual maturity in Jesus is through the encouragement, example, and accountability of other Christians. Our resident staff has been specifically hired to build relationships with our students and exemplify a life that is pursuing Christ daily.
Our staff meet with students throughout the year to help students process what they have been learning, encourage them in what God is teaching them, and share life with each other. Many students have said that the staff was a huge part of what defined their year at MWSB. As a staff, we are extremely humbled by the idea of living our daily lives so intimately before our students, but thankful to God for the opportunity to see Him work in the lives of our students.
Paul Hill has been the Executive Director of C Bar N Ministries since the summer of 2016. He is married to Kassi and is the father of 5 great girls (yep, all girls). Paul and Kassi have been married for 18 years. One of their favorite things to do as a family, is hunt deer…yeah, the girls hunt too. He also enjoys running (actually, he hates to run but loves to race).
Paul’s most favorite thing to do is go on dates with Kassi. They like to go to dinner and the movies on their dates. Paul’s favorite foods are steak, seafood and Mexican.
Paul’s favorite verse is Psalm 63:1: “O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”
Venture Program & Summer Programming Director
Lowell graduated from MWSB in 2012 and came back the following year for the Venture Program.

He joined the staff of MWSB in July of 2015 where he leads and disciples the students in the Venture Program, as well as oversees C Bar N Summer Camps and Retreats.
Lowell enjoys bird hunting, fishing, backpacking and a good game of cribbage.
One of his favorite quotes is from Charles Haddon Spurgeon: “My hope lives not because I am not a sinner, but because I am a sinner for whom Christ died; my trust is not that I am holy, but that being unholy, HE is my righteousness. My faith rests not upon what I am or shall be or feel or know, but in what Christ is, in what He has done, and in what He is now doing for me. Hallelujah!”
