Paul & Kassi Hill
Paul Hill has been the Executive Director of C Bar N Ministries since the summer of 2016. He is married to Kassi and is the father of 5 great girls (yep, all girls). Paul and Kassi have been married for 18 years. One of their favorite things to do as a family, is hunt deer…yeah, the girls hunt too. He also enjoys running (actually, he hates to run but loves to race).
Paul’s most favorite thing to do is go on dates with Kassi. They like to go to dinner and the movies on their dates. Paul’s favorite foods are steak, seafood and Mexican.
Paul’s favorite verse is Psalm 63:1: “O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”
Lowell & Jill Engle
Venture Program & Summer Programming Directors
Lowell and Jill both graduated from MWSB in 2012. Lowell came back the following year for the Venture Program and Jill went on to study music at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. After dating long-distance for a year, they were married in February of 2014.
Lowell and Jill spent a year and a half in Buffalo, MN where Lowell worked with “at-risk” youth through a ministry called Timber Bay and Jill perfected her coffee-making skills as a barista at Caribou Coffee. Lowell and Jill joined the staff of MWSB in July of 2015 where they lead and disciple the students in the Venture Program, as well as oversee C-N camps and retreats.
Lowell enjoys bird hunting, fishing, backpacking and a good game of cribbage. Jill likes to climb mountains, drink coffee with friends, play piano and read a good book by the fire.
One of their favorite quotes is from Charles Haddon Spurgeon: “My hope lives not because I am not a sinner, but because I am a sinner for whom Christ died; my trust is not that I am holy, but that being unholy, HE is my righteousness. My faith rests not upon what I am or shall be or feel or know, but in what Christ is, in what He has done, and in what He is now doing for me. Hallelujah!”
Ryan & Amanda McCoy
Amanda and I joined the staff just in time for the 2016 Fall Semester to commence. We’re still getting used to the scenery. The mountains of Montana look and feel very different than the rolling cornfields of Iowa.
We met in High School and dated for 5 years before getting married in 2002. For one of those long-distance dating years, Amanda was attending Clearwater Christian College while I was at MWSB. After marrying, we traveled to Virginia to finish up my Accounting degree at Liberty University. Since graduating from LU, we’ve lived in Iowa where I had worked for a couple CPA firms and most recently was in Finance with a large Non-Profit nursing facility corporation. We also had spent 18 months in Chengdu, China as missionaries while teaching economics at a University between 2007-2008.
We love the challenge of directing our kids to a relationship with Jesus Christ. Ashlyn just turned 13, Alivia is 11, Samuel is 9 and Elise is almost 6. We also love being a part of the students lives on campus and having a part in their discipleship and mentoring.
Kristen joined our staff in May of 2016. She is originally from Olympia, Washington and recently graduated from Montana Bible College with a bachelors in biblical studies.
Food Service Staff
Joy graduated from MWSB in 2015 and soon after joined our staff in the summer of 2016. She is originally from Great Falls, Montana.
Food Service Staff
Susannah, from Pennsylvania, joined the cook staff at MWSB in the Spring of 2017 after graduating from MWSB in 2016.
